I am an ambitious Qualitative and UX researcher with an interdisciplinary mindset and have six-plus years of research experience. I am based out of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. I started my work as a professional researcher in 2014, focusing on understanding the patterns and underlying mechanisms behind human behavior. I am passionate about solving meaningful problems and making people’s lives better with user-centric research and design recommendations. I tackle complicated projects that combine design with technology and business with a multidisciplinary background. I Follow the 4-WH process combining the iterative process of design thinking with deep ethnographic understanding to approach complex problems. i.e.

As a researcher, I have worked on various research methodologies such as user research, usability studies, ethnographic research, value chain study, market study, needs, and impact assessment. My proficiencies include framing the research designing, formulation questionnaires and surveys, conducting In-depth interviews both in person and in remote; use of quantitative and qualitative research mythologies. Expertise in conducting Primary Research and Remote Research in mixed methodology, social analysis, survey design, team coordination, data management and processing. I am trained in business anthropology with an executive postgraduate degree in management from India Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
